A Velour Loom Brush is an important part for nonwoven needle punching machines. Each brush is made from toothed plastic base tufted with high-density white nylon bristles. Multiple brush segments interlock perfectly through the toothed design, so once assembled, the entire brush conveyor forms a smooth, gap-free surface. These brushes are installed on aluminum rails inside velour needlelooms and are mainly used to raise the pile on nonwoven fabrics—commonly seen in carpet production and automotive interior fabrics.
