Nylon Bristles Climbing Rope Brush With Stainless Steel Backing

Our factory produces this product through the following steps:

Step 1: Prepare Materials

We prepare:

• Stainless steel metal sheet
• Nylon bristles

Step 2: Make Strip Brush

The stainless steel metal and nylon bristles are combined to produce a strip brush.

Step 3: Form Coil Brush

The strip brush is then processed by a bending machine and formed into a coil brush, also called a spring brush.

Step 4: Cut Into Required Length

The coil brush is cut into the required length according to customer needs.

• Nylon Bristles
  The brush uses nylon bristles, which have excellent elasticity. Even after frequent or long-time cleaning, the bristles can maintain their flexibility and continue providing effective cleaning performance.
• Stainless Steel Backing
  The stainless steel backing provides excellent corrosion resistance. During outdoor climbing activities, ropes and equipment are often exposed to moisture, rain, and humid environments. Compared with galvanized steel, stainless steel is less likely to rust and provides a brighter and better appearance.
• Round Spring Shape Design
  The round coil shape makes the brush easy to hold by hand. Users can easily move the brush back and forth along the rope for convenient cleaning.
